1:1 Photography & Creativity Mentoring

Receive 1:1 support and guidance to improve your photography and your relationship to it.

1:1 mentoring is a highly personalized space dedicated to supporting you in achieving your creative goals. Committed clients experience increased clarity in their vision, more trust in their capabilities, and new perspectives that energize their photography.

Possible session topics include image reviews and curation of selections from your photography in general or in the context of a project or portfolio; exploring new opportunities or challenges you’re having, such as feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or indecisive; talking about your body of work and your vision, goals, and intentions for it; establishing priorities and a plan for honoring them… whatever will move your forward.

As a professional certified coach with 18 years of experience, my priority is to support you in developing the capacity to support yourself. That includes taking a coaching approach to image reviews so that you learn to self-assess with more confidence.

When it comes to your relationship to photography, I provide a space where we can sift through mental clutter; build awareness of any thoughts, patterns, beliefs, and blind spots that might be holding you back; develop practices that move you forward; and highlight resources that set you up for success. I’ll offer experiences, ideas, and feedback if that’s what is most useful to you; mostly, however, I’ll be asking you a lot of questions intended to facilitate new ways of thinking/seeing and increase your clarity and awareness.
